Evening Prayer

You are invited to attend an evening of prayer every Thursday at 7:30 pm from April 16th until May 21st. 

Pancake Breakfast

The youth at St. Elizabeth Parish are hosting a Pancake Breakfast! Be sure to invite your family and friends and come enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast at the Parish Hall on Sunday, April 12 starting at 10 am until 1 pm. Cost is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.  See you all there!

 

Nativity Scenes

Do you have a Nativity scene? Would you enjoy sharing it with others? Does it have a special meaning to you? Or a story? Or is it from afar? We have an afternoon set aside to share all the nativity scenes. We will display yours and ours to enjoy during this advent season. If you are interested, please contact Jennifer at 819-827-3228 or at wjevents@bell.net. The date is Sunday, December 14 between 1 and 4 pm. Or perhaps, you would just like to come and see. Looking forward to the stories. Refreshments will be served.

Christmas baskets

On Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7, St. Vincent de Paul volunteers will be going from door to door in Cantley to collect non perishable food items or donations to make Christmas baskets for our region's less fortunate citizens. Turkey Bingo at St. Elisabeth Parish Hall

The Turkey bingo will take place on Sunday, November 30th, at 2 p.m. at the St. Elizabeth Parish Hall (47 Ste-Élisabeth Rd, Cantley). Arrive early to reserve your place!

Best pasta supper

Saturday, November 15th, starting at 5 pm, come enjoy a macaroni supper in St. Elizabeth’s Parish Hall (47 Ste-Élisabeth Rd, Cantley). $9 per adult and $4.50 for children 10 years and under. Without a doubt, the BEST pasta sauce in town!

Parish Supper and Draw

Everyone is welcome to join us for a delicious supper of ham, pork, beans, potatoes and homemade pies on Saturday, September 20th starting at 5 pm at the Parish Hall. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to win up to $1000 with the Parish’s annual draw. Tickets for the supper ($9 per adult, $4.50 per child 10 years and under) will be available at the door. This is the parish's main fundraising event so make sure to invite your family, your neighbours, and your friends for a fun evening.  Welcome

Annual Bilingual Cemetery Ceremony

All are welcome to take part in our parish's Annual Bilingual Cemetery Service on Sunday, September 14 at 2:00 pm (in the church in case of rain). This service provides us with a time to pray together for those who were dear to us who have left this life and have gone into the hands of Our Lord, Jesus Christ. Invite your family and friends to share this special time of prayer.
